Ambrey Baker Welcomes Matthäus Semmer as Design Manager

Ambrey Baker is proud to announce Matthäus Semmer as the latest addition to our growing commercial team, led by Carl Duffy.

Matthäus joins as Design Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and a creative vision that will strengthen our in-house design capabilities and client-focused approach.

With over a decade of experience in architectural design and building surveying, Matthäus has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative and functional solutions.

His career journey has seen him progress from Architectural BIM Technician at Waldeck to Senior Architectural Technician at UMC Architects, where he honed his skills in design development, 3D visualizations, and rendering. Holding a BA (Hons) in Architecture from the University of Lincoln, Matthäus’s technical expertise is complemented by his eye for aesthetics and practical functionality.
In his new role at Ambrey Baker, Matthäus will lead the design function, collaborating closely with clients to ensure their visions are realized. His focus will be on leveraging cutting-edge design tools to create efficient, safe, and sustainable solutions tailored to the unique needs of our food, logistics, and manufacturing clients.
